Cook pasta according to packet instructions ( see above article, to check tips on how to cook pasta correctly)
Heat a pan on medium heat with oil
Once heated add the chicken and cook well, until it is golden brown on all sides
Add the onion and garlic and cook well until soft, Then add the mushrooms for 2 minutes. ( Mushrooms need to be soft and wilted)
Add cream, then let it cook for 2 minutes ( At this point the cream should turn lightly brown from the juices of the mushrooms infused into the cream), Then add flour and cook for further 1 minutes ( The sauce will thicken up instantly)Season with salt and pepper. Once the sauce is thick, add the cooked and drained pasta
Mix well until well incorporated, grate parmesan and top with chopped parsley and serve immediately
